As a member of the Society of American Magicians, Awesome won 1st place in the close-up division of the World Magic Championships. Awesome brings a slightly exotic flavor to magic. Aasem Sulehria, his name pronounced awesome, ‘one who provides protection.’ Born and raised in Denver, Co to Pakistani parents, Awesome first encountered magic at age 6 when his father took him to a Las Vegas magic show. He was immediately hooked and began to practice magic everyday, often to the dismay of his parents and teachers. As a young teenager, Awesome would perform his own magic show set to the tunes of Middle Eastern singer Nusrat Fateh Ali Kahn. As time progressed, Awesome accepted membership into the youth program at Hollywood’s famous Magic Castle where surrounded by his magic mentors Blackstone, Copperfield he began to gain skills that would help him become a professional performer.

In 1999, Aasem graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Metropolitan State College of Denver, he also studied business at Colorado University Denver, earning an emphasis in Non-Profit Administration. He has performed at a wide variety of gatherings to Fortune 500 corporate events, one of which landed him in Forbes representing ‘Peoplesoft’ which develops enterprise application software.

Awesome is constant demand for live appearances captivating celebrities, tycoons, and aristocrats all over the world. He carefully plans and craft shows to fit the particular demands of each venue and the clients with whom he works. Close-up, parlor magic, stand-up shows, he does it all.
